3 What then? If (A)some [a]did not believe, does their [b]unbelief abolish the faithfulness of God? 4 (B)May it never be! Rather, let God be true and every man (C)a liar, as it is written,

“(D)That You may be justified in Your words,
And overcome when You [c]are judged.”

5 But if our unrighteousness [d](E)demonstrates the righteousness of God, (F)what shall we say? Is the God who inflicts wrath unrighteous? ((G)I am speaking in human terms.)
